William Guo

William has 15+ years of experience in business consulting, IT strategy consulting and IT technical project management in multi-national companies. Before moving to Canada, William had worked in U.S., Hongkong and China.

William has extensive knowledge on Agile, Scrum, XP, CMMI and RUP and is conversant in adapting them in various team environments. William’s proven leadership and communication skills in diverse international environment helped him led 15+ major IT projects delivery with the budget of over US$ 12M.  William also co-founded an O2O business and an IT consulting business in China. Currently William is working as a Technical Project Manager in an IT consulting company in Toronto.

William’s Computer Science and MBA education background prepare him solid understanding on emerging technologies as well as excellent business acumen. In addition, he is PMP certified. William is interested in communicating Big Data Analysis, IT Startup, Business Transformation and IT Project Management.
